1.What does the title mean in relation to the film as a whole?
The title mean in realtion to the film as a whole that during 19th century in France people suffer from poverty . Wealthy people abuse their power in ruling the place and the people, they treat poor wretches with no pity. Almost of the people suffer injustices and no peace during that time.
2.Among the characters, to whom can you relate to?
Among the character I can relate to is Valjean. Valjean is not a perfect man like me, he made mistakes and I made mistakes too, but like Valjean he change his life to be a good man and it's not also too late for me to change my self to be a good leader in the society. We should not judge the person from his past but let us understand them why they do that thing and let us help them to correct their mistakes. Avoid putting down people, because putting down other people makes them feel that they are unworthy and their is possible that they cant change their self anymore.
3.Which part of the presentation struck you the most? Why?
The part of the presentation struck me most that made me cry is when Valjean sits dying while Cosette and Marius rush in to a farewell in him. I realize that sometimes the people who are every important in my life may leave me and never come back again, that's why I need to forgive and thank them everyday in my life for the smiles, troubles and even pain that that they have shared in me, because time pass us by and it wont get it back when some one leave us.

Javert is the villain who abuse his power by treating the poor people with no pity like Valjean. All we neeed is to trust and believe in our self that we can do anything.
8.Are there any aspects of theme which are left ambiguous at the end? Why?
